Abstract
Backgorund: Hypotension in patients on dialysis may result from inadequate hemodialysis doses. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the duration of hemodialysis with the hemodynamics of patients undergoing hemodialysis. Method: This study used a case-control design. A total of 36 samples of medical record data were selected purposively. Selected data identified hemodynamics during the intradialytic period. The results obtained were analyzed using a chi-square. Result: The results of the analysis showed that hypotension (50%), cramps (41.7%), nausea (2.8%), dizziness (8.3%), and shortness of breath (2.8%). The results showed that there was no relationship between the duration of hemodialysis and the hemodynamic status of patients with chronic renal failure (p=1). Conclussion: Patients undergoing hemodialysis need to be monitored during the intradialytic period. Patients may not report symptoms during the intradialytic phase
