Abstract
The state HTA was introduced in Ukraine by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 23, 2020 No1300. Due to limited financial resources, high prevalence and incidence, providing the population with effective, safe and cost-effective medicines is a strategically important issue at the state level. The utility values used to obtain QALY significantly influence the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER). The purpose of this study is to review the current practice of using utility values in the applicants` dossiers by analyzing the conclusions of the state HTA published on the State Expert Center website.
