Abstract

This paper analyzes the important of human resources management (HRM) to attain organizational goals and objectives. Without the existence of HRM in any organization, whether big or small, an organization will face difficulties in achieving its goals, but also harnessing all the attributes and strength of its workforce. This paper makes several suggestions as to what organizations ought to do regarding HRM and better managing its employees to reach upmost success. The paper analyzes the concepts and discussions in Eli Goldratt's book entitled The Goal to conclude how HRM, accompanied by the theory of constraints and lean quality can help an organization achieve all its goals.
