INTRODUCTION

The industry had helped in developing the vital sectors of the economy and usher in a new dawn of progress in the Indian economy. This industry has translated the hopes and aspirations of millions of people into reality. The satisfaction of the bank employees can be ensured and enhanced by effective HR-practices adopted by the Banks. In this connection, the author has made an attempt to verify the HR-practices of one among the Public Sector Banks situated in Thrissur District of Kerala. The results of the study have been discussed in this research paper
