Abstract
India’s bilateral cooperation under the scheme of Mekong-Ganga co-operation is significant. The bilateral co-operation between and Lao and India is also significant for regional and sub-regional development. India as a development partner of Lao PDR envisaged various bilateral and multilateral projects. India is a active partner of development contributing toward human resource development of Lao PDR witnesses by the various bilateral policies and projects. An exclusive account on cross national HRD collaboration is rare. This paper delves the India-Lao HRD collaboration, its core focus and also suggests the HRD collaboration to be more strategic for mutual development of both the country.
