Abstract
Older adults living with rare diseases face unique challenges in comparison to the general rare disease population. Factors like ageism, lack of awareness, comorbidities, and high treatment costs may expose older adults to different forms of inequities in their care trajectory. The objective of this systematic review is to explore evidence on equity issues experienced by older adults with rare diseases.
