Abstract
Barbara Volker, MSN, RN, CRNH, and Ashby Watson, MS, RN, CS, OCN, are the co-coordinators of the Core Curriculum project. Barbara is an independent hospice consultant, the Editor of the Practice Review (3rd ed.), and an instructor for HPNA’s Hospice and Palliative Nursing Practice Review Course. Ashby is a Psychosocial Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist at Massey Cancer Center, Medical College of Virginia Hospitals Health System, Virginia Commonwealth University.
