Abstract
Abstract Following prolonged political controversy, the provisions from the initial Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill which abolish general principles of EU law, as well as its supremacy, have been enacted. This article investigates whether this is likely to affect the principle of EU-law conforming construction, and contemplates three scenarios how EU-derived UK law might be interpreted in the future.
