The International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC) is an online, open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original articles in the field of integrated care on a continuous basis.IJIC has an Impact Factor of 5.120 (2020 JCR, received in June 2021)
Highlights
There is a long history of attempting to integrate health and care across Warrington, a need which has arisen due to unfavourable health outcomes for some of the population and increased financial pressures
Warrington Together is a partnership that was created in 2017 which works with stakeholders from across the health and care system to integrate care, improve outcomes for residents and eradicate areas of duplication
A series of workshops and development sessions have been held with leaders over the past 12 months to develop a culture of mutual respect and understanding between partners and to create a shared vision and values
