Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasing number of individualized foreign language programs has created a definite need for instruction in individualization. The prospective FL teacher must be prepared to manage effectively individualized programs to which he is assigned or those which he is asked to begin. Today's methods class should deal with all aspects of individualization without neglecting the teaching skills whidi make up the heart of the course. This is best achieved by integrating the concept of individualized instruction into all of the various methods course activities.
