Abstract
A career is about 40 years long. I'm in year 37 of my career in higher education. I have loved my career and loved every job that has made up my career. Now, mind you, I did not say I loved every day of every job that made up my career! But I really have loved every job. Here are my Pollyanna secrets of how to love your job for 40 years.
