Abstract

This study presents a tool - and its elaboration process - that was designed to support the organizational strategy control and implementation. There is a theoretical basis that supports the competitive advantage within the organization's internal processes. This theoretical discussion also supports the creation and implementation of the tool. This study is qualitative, case study, with descriptive research, besides uses participant observation and document analysis. The outcomes indicate that the new forms work implemented in the routine business proved to be consistent with the global organizational strategies. It was found that is possible, through a simple control, to ensure the strategy implementation even at the operational level (direct contact with the client). The team that worked with this tool has been recognized as the best sales team of Brazil in the first half of 2009, indicating a potential competitive and encouraging the dissemination of this tool.
