Abstract
This paper evaluates how much chaos is generating COVID-19 globally. We try to present a new indicator is called “The Levels of Uncertainty by the COVID-19 index (TLOUC-Index)”. The main objective of TLOUC-Index is to evaluate how much health, economic, and social uncertainty can COVID-19 crisis is generating until our days. The construction of the TLUC-Index is using chaos theory and Econographicology simultaneously. The TLOUC-Index applies four independent variables followed by the total COVID-19 infected cases growth rate, the total COVID-19 active cases growth rate, the total COVID-19 deaths growth rate, and the total COVID-19 recovered cases growth rate. At the same time, an independent variable is calling the TLUC-Index (+/-Y*). Finally, this paper investigates severe issues and possible solutions against the COVID-19 crisis from a holistic approach.
