A new study in the journal Leadership, “Transformation towards an integrated leadership development system — A longitudinal study in a high‐performing public organization,” by authors Anna Fabisch, Sofia Kjellstrom, Marlene Ocklander, and Gunilla Avby, analyzes 30 years of data from a Swedish public organization to better understand how “leadership development itself evolves and the organization develops.”
