Abstract

Uveitis cases can be challenging in diagnosis, management, monitoring the treatment response and prognosis.The Multimodal imaging can provide us with key features findings in diagnostic dilemma cases, treatment response and prognosis response in severe refractive posterior uveitis cases.Fluorescein and Indocyanine Angiography have been the Gold Standard for many years along with the OCT expanding role in Uveitis in recent years (ex‐Bacillary Detachment, Acute Macular Neuropathy, White Dot Syndromes etc.).Fundus Autofluorescence (FAF), Enhanced Deep Imaging of the Choroid (EDI), OCT –Angiography inclusive Wide Field imaging play also a crucial role in the management of challenging Uveitis cases .Challenging Uveitis cases combined with complex Uveitic treatment highlight the importance of Multimodal imaging key role for all Uveitis specialist.
