The four steps we commonly utilize during this segment of the procedure include in order:1.Dissection of superior mesenteric vein from uncinate process2.Cranial dissection of uncinate process for landing zone3.Dissection of 1st jejunal branch of superior mesenteric vein4.Dissection of uncinate process off superior mesenteric artery-caudal to cranial approach
