Presenter: Nicole M Nevarez MD | University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Methods: In this submitted video we detail the four steps utilized in dissecting the uncinate process off the superior mesenteric vessels during a robotic assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy. The four steps we commonly utilize during this segment of the procedure include in order:1.Dissection of superior mesenteric vein from uncinate process2.Cranial dissection of uncinate process for landing zone3.Dissection of 1st jejunal branch of superior mesenteric vein4.Dissection of uncinate process off superior mesenteric artery-caudal to cranial approach
