Purpose: The effect of body mass index (BMI) on anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction have been described in the adult literature, but pediatric reports remain scarce. The purpose of this study is to analyze associations between BMI or weight and clinical outcomes in children undergoing ACL reconstruction.
