Abstract

As a new production factor, digitalization can promote innovation and sustainable development of organizations. The interaction mechanism between digital leadership and team work role performance is one of the frontier issues in the field of organization. Based on social exchange and affective event theory, this study constructs a moderated dual-mediation model to explore the mediating mechanism and boundary conditions of the effect of digital leadership on team work role performance. Using 130 team sample data from multiple regions and multiple industries for hierarchical regression, The results show that: (1) Digital leadership has a significant positive impact on team knowledge sharing (2) Digital leadership is completely mediated by team knowledge sharing (3) Team emotional climate positively regulates the positive relationship between digital leadership and team knowledge sharing. It is hoped that the research results can make academic and practical contributions to leadership digitalization to improve team performance and promote sustainable development.
