Abstract
A questionnaire was sent to water resource managers and research users to determine the methods most used and desired to learn of the results of water resources research. Analysis of the response indicates that technical journals are not viewed as the most desirable method of communication. Short courses, focused on specific topics and directed to users are quite highly desired. The respondents did not know of WRSIC. Much of the research sponsored by the Water Resources Research Centers is not considered to be useful.
