Abstract
For activation and reformation of College of Technology in JAPAN, many important problems still exist on which people have focused their attention, but have not been able to challenge, since it was established about thirty years ago. How can we challenge for finding the best way to the reformation? Current status of CT in JAPAN and the problems that we should face seriously are outlined. We should be careful not to degrade CT to vocational training school. Without activation of research work of the faculties and wide opening of CT to the social community, we can never expect the activation and the survival of CT in JAPAN.
