Abstract
All employees of the organization can influence the improvement of processes: from the worker to the head of the department or division. The material provides a six-step algorithm, according to which the procedure for improving the activities of the enterprise is recommended. The author also shares the experience of implementing an improvement project at an enterprise for the production of LED lamps, which brought economic results and allowed the staff to be involved in the business process improvement project.
