Abstract
The article discusses the consumption of invasive species as a means of eradicating them. An overview of several invasive species the author has served at his restaurant, Miya's Sushi, is presented which includes a soup made from European green crabs, called La Soupe des Mean Greenies, a dish made from cannonball jellyfish and Australian rabbits, called Peanut Butter, and Jelly, and a dish made from feral hogs, called Oinkimo.
