Abstract

Patients with respiratory allergy caused by house dust reacted differently to provocative skin tests of two types of house dust extract, one manufactured by fractional precipitation and the other by dialysis. For the best clinical results, both types of extracts should be used for diagnosis, and desensitization should be planned accordingly.
