Abstract

Dust mites have been proved to be one of the strongest allergens. Also, they are an important cause of indoor allergic disease, such as allergic asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic dermatitis and atopic eczema and other. Dust mite fits for warm and moist environment, has fast reproduction, feed on some large molecular organics in the dust. In clinical practice and daily life, according to the biological characteristics of dust mites, suppressing dust mite growth, reducing or isolating dust mites and their metabolites from human contact, taking comprehensive protection measures and monitoring environmental dust concentration regularly could achieve the most ideal protective effect.
