Abstract

ABSTRACTThe power of hospital performance management (HPM) today is recognized for providing effective healthcare quality. HPM is a key for any healthcare organization. It bridges the gap between conceptual planning of organizational goals and the physical monitoring of the status of daily operations. The main aim of this research study is to identify and prioritize performance indicators responsible for HPM. These indicators are evaluated using the MFFDH methodology. These indicators helped in generating scenarios and action plan for enhancing HPM.
