Abstract
Due to reforming military education, one is looking for new training methods in the system of physical training in order to meet NATO standards. Horting has become a national kind of sport in Ukraine. There was questioning among cadets of higher military education establishment to identify their subjective attitude to this kind of sport and their desire to do horting at physical training lessons and other sport activities. One such means is the relatively new national sport - horting. This sport in recent years has become particularly popular among young people. The method of training, unlike other types of fitness, can harmoniously affect all types of physical qualities.The purpose of the study is to determine the subjective attitudes of the Candidates of the Secondary Education Center to Horting and the desire to engage in this sport during the training sessions in the discipline "Physical education, special physical training and sports" and sports work.In the future, it is planned to direct research into the establishment of types of horting that cadets would like to do in the process of studying at the Secondary School.Scientific and methodological literature and worldwide information network Internet were under theoretical analysis. On the basis of the National Academy of Ground Forces in 2016-2017, a study was conducted to determine the subjective attitudes of cadets to horting and the desire to engage in this sport during training sessions on the physical education of special physical training and sports and sports work. 245 cadets of various military specialties, namely: mechanized units, tank units, rocket troops and artillery units, engineer units, took part in the investigation.It has been proved that 68,75% of cadets of mechanized units, 60% of cadets of rocket troops and artillery units, 48.8% of cadets of engineer units express a desire to do horting. 83% of cadets got to know about horting from the Internet, 15% - from television and 2% - from the press.Gradually horting gains popularity among cadets of various specialties, but there is still a lack of information about its training system.
