Abstract

Objective: Clomiphene citrate (CC) treatment induces ovulation in 50–75% of women with oligo-anovulation, but pregnancy rates (PR) are much lower than predicted. To avoid potential detrimental effects of CC therapy on the endometrium, we investigated the effects of hormone supplementation (HS) on the endometrium in CC-treated oligo-ovulatory women.
