Hope in the Long Road Toward the Development of a Therapeutic Human Papillomavirus Vaccine.

Abstract

A pool of long synthetic peptides derived from HPV16 proteins induce objective partial or complete histologic regression of lesions in more than 50% of patients with high-grade vulvar (VuVIN3) and vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia (VaIN3).
