Abstract
A possibility of homoand heterochiral crystallization in the case of conglomerates seems to be a fortune's gift. It provides the simplest route to get enantiopure compounds. In the lecture some aspects of homoand heterochiral crystallization are discussed including space groups, temperature-dependent and simultaneous crystallization, recognition and switching between homoand heterochiral crystals, their directed design, and new methods of spontaneous resolution of conglomerates. In conclusion, a likely role of homochiral crystallization in the origin of biological homochirality will be considered.
