Abstract
In an era dominated by technological development, our living spaces are experiencing radical changes. Thus, smart home technology is a concept that has turned from a futuristic idea into a material reality. In the article that we present today, we can give the idea of "how we can make our homes profitable" by talking about the advantages, power and potential of Smart homes. As the beginning of the smart home concept, the concept of home automation, which aims to simplify and improve the tasks done in our daily lives, is making a comeback. On the other hand, in the development of Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence, it is the Smart Home concept that has helped to further improve. Central to smart home technology is the integration of IoT devices. From smart thermostats to voice assistants, all devices communicate with each other, and as a result of these connections, the smart home concept becomes even more functional. It can also be said that smart home technology is dominated by communication and control. Thus, all intelligent things created are connected to each other through the internet network. As a result, it becomes easier to activate voice commands through Siri, Alexa and other smart assistants built into smartphones.
