Abstract
Super-Schottky groups are built for all the spinor structures in the presence of odd moduli. The obtained groups are appropriate for constructing multiloop superstring amplitudes satisfying the requirement of the supermodular invariance. In the framework of this description the holomorphic structure of the superstring amplitudes is discussed.
