Abstract

Abstract – Engineering leadership programs in Canada have grown in recent years, captured by a literature that mostly documents course design and outcomes. This paper addresses a gap in understanding how courses evolve over time, and how instructors can be better supported to teach engineering leadership. Findings show detailed trajectory of elective course development, instructor profiles, results of learning outcomes mapping, and approaches to supporting a group of leadership instructors.
