Abstract

Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) has been performed worldwide since 1990 to reveal the sex of the embryos. Until 2010, blastomere biopsy and Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization (FISH) were standard; however, in 2012, trophectoderm biopsy became predominant.
