Abstract

AbstractPurpose: The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the development of legal regulation of foreign business in Russia during late XIX - early XX centuries.Design/Methodology/Approach: The interest in the history of Russian business is connected with the need to understand its experience, to learn the true features of Russian business society and to strive for the revival of traditions.Findings: The problem of class and professional organization of business circles, the relationship of the business world with the government and the working class is studied.
