Abstract
In the paper are researched the historical origins of the development of the foster families. The definition of foster family and its development, the lack of the amount of power of foster family are researched. The necessary solving of the improvement the situation is offered. The kinds of foster family are inspected as the kinds of foster families which do not have the legal regulation for its power and there is a necessity of the introduction of new specialized foster families. The statistical data were researched and it was found necessary to accelerate and facilitate the removal of family members removed from the foster family after the introduction of a single foster family register, so that children are not placed in institutionalized out-of-home care.
