Abstract
The aim of this study was to histopathological alternation prostate cancer according Gleason systems . The total number of study samples was (60 ) that taken from men who suffered prostate cancer .patients diagnosed by a specialist doctor. Blood samples taken from all groups for estimation of levels of PSA. Second type of samples was biopsy and paraffin block that taken from PC patients for detection of histopathological alternations depending Gleason score. The result obtained from histopathology method that the prostate cancer in early stage poorly differentiated gland to loss gland formation in advanced early stage.
