Abstract

The omission in the Septuagint and Qumran texts invited Deuteronomists to study what could be the contribution of the history of the text to the study of the history of the Deuteronomistic editor. The contribution of the history of the biblical text in the study of the Deuteronomistic writing is more noticeable and also promising in the study of the composition and order-relation between different literary units that regard the actual writing and content of units of Deuteronomists. The study of the early biblical manuscripts found in the cave I confirmed the accuracy of the transmission TM, although it is necessary to correct some readings and interpretations of the early years of qoumrâniennes studies. This chapter discusses the New Qumran manuscripts on the biblical text border Apocrypha Elisha (4Q481a), and History of the text and structure of the Deuteronomistic redaction (2 Kings xvii 2 and 1 Kings xiv 22). Keywords: Septuagint; Qumran texts; Deuteronomists; Apocrypha Elisha; Kings xiv 22
