Abstract
The article provides brief historical information about the emergence and development of a hinged ventilated facade - an innovative technology for facing buildings in construction. The design features of the main types of hinged ventilated facades used in modern construction, the prospects for their further application in the construction industry of Kyrgyzstan and other countries of the world are described.
