Abstract
肘部外伤后导致创伤性肘关节僵硬与肘部本身结构特点或术后制动时间长有关,成为临床上棘手问题.我们自2004年3月-2006年12月采用铰链式外固定架(意大利Orthofix公司产品)应用于治疗创伤性肘关节僵硬29例,完整随访23例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
