Abstract

High-precision resistivity data are obtained for InCd alloys in the range up to 3at% Cd and for temperatures between 50 and 300K. The deviation from Matthiessen's rule (DMR) shows a broad maximum around 150K. Above about 200K the DMR is linear with respect to temperature. A correlation between DMR and the electron-phonon interaction is suggested in this temperature range.
