High-T c Epitaxial Junctions and DC-SQUIDs

Abstract

By using the multilevel deposition technique and Ar ion beam milling, we have fabricated YBaCuO epitaxial edge junctions and dc SQUIDs with PrBaCuO buffer layer. The dc and ac Josephson effects have been observed at 77 K.
