High-Resolution measurements of absolute line intensities in the Q and R branch of the ν 4 fundamental of 12CH 4

Abstract

Absolute line intensities in the Q and R branch of the ν 4 fundamental of methane have been measured at high resolution using tunable diode lasers. From the experimental data, the vibration transition moment has been determined and used to calculate absolute line intensities for comparison with other experimental data measured at high and moderate resolution.
