Abstract
We measure ammonia (NH3) production in nitrogen-hydrogen (N2:H2) plasmas using high-resolution quantum cascade laser dual-comb spectroscopy in the long-wave infrared. Doppler-broadened NH3 spectra reveal temperature profiles and product abundances as a function of plasma conditions.
