Abstract

The possibility of creating a high-Q (Q ∼ 105) superconducting HF circuit mechanically adjustable in a broad frequency range was studied. The device comprises two planar single-coil structures based on YBaCuO superconducting films. The component coils were deposited onto lanthanum aluminate, neodymium gallate, or strontium titanate substrates.
