Abstract

In this paper, High linearity low voltage Current Follower Transconductance Amplifier (CFTA) design has been proposed. The proposed circuit operates at ±0.6V symmetric supply voltage. The linearity of proposed CFTA circuit is enhanced by using parallel connected PMOS and NMOS differential stage for current follower (CF) and source degeneration technique is used in transconductance amplifier (TA) stage. Proposed CFTA circuit can provide ±350μA input current linear range, 1mS transconductance and 198MHz bandwidth. TSMC 180nm process technology parameters are used in design of proposed CFTA and its application.
