Abstract
High-quality LSZ and LSZ:Yb0.25Tm0.5Ho0.03 single crystals were grown for the first time. Under 980 nm excitation, LSZ:Yb0.25Tm0.5Ho0.03 crystal has high efficiency over YSZ:Yb0.25Tm0.5Ho0.03 crystal in ultraviolet and visible light emissions.
