Abstract

The efficient phosphorescent white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) using blue and orange cyclometalated Ir(III) complexes doped in PVK:mCP:OXD-7 mixed-host system were fabricated. Their photophysical, electrochemical, and electroluminescent properties were systematically investigated. The device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS (40 nm)/emitting layer (50 nm)/TPBi (30 nm)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (100 nm) was used to fabricate the devices. The optimized white phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) exhibited a maximum current efficiency (CE) of 49.92 cd/A and external quantum efficiency (EQEmax) of 22.07%.
