Abstract
AbstractHerein we report a diastereoselective method for the synthesis of bis(pyrrolidine‐1‐carboxamides) via the acid‐catalyzed reaction of 1‐(4,4‐diethoxybutyl)‐3‐arylureas with resorcinol and its derivatives. The proposed method is operationally simple, does not require metal catalysts or chiral promoters and provides target compounds with high diastereoselectivity.
