Abstract

Metallurgical connection between graphene and metal instead of physical connection is one of the best solutions to improve efficient heat conduction of flexible graphene strip in the remote sensing satellites. Vacuum brazing was used to realize the metallurgical reaction between graphene and copper strip and formed the reliably thermal interface in this study. Through thermal analysis, the flexible graphene-metal brazed strip achieved high-quality heat dissipation, and had excellent aging and bending resistance. These results provided technical support for the application of graphene ribbon.
