Introduction

In 2017, the American Joint Replacement Registry (AJRR) became the first registry to join the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Registry Program. Highlights of the 2021 American Joint Replacement Registry Annual Report This annual report comprises almost 2.4 million hip and knee surgeries from over 1150 institutions that submitted data, representing an 18.3% increase in total procedural volume compared with that in 2020.
